Dr. Margaret was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She completed her undergraduate degree at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island.  In 1997, after receiving her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Tufts University in Massachusetts, she went on to practice in Northern Virginia. In 2010, she moved to St. Louis to join her college sweetheart, Michael Wysession. She joined Clark Animal Hospital the following year. Dr. Margaret is a member of the American Association of Feline Practitioners.

Dr. Margaret, Michael, and Michael’s children, Willie and Elizabeth, have two dogs – Lilou the French bulldog and Mackenzie, a terrier mix.  They also have a cat Sylvie, and a guinea pig, Daisy .  Dr. Margaret enjoys hiking, biking, discovering all St. Louis has to offer, cooking and travel.
