Dr. Emily is a KHS graduate who attended Mizzou for both her undergraduate studies in Animal Science and veterinary school. She is beyond excited to return to Clark after starting her career there almost a decade ago as a kennel assistant turned intern and now, doctor. Her main interests include preventative medicine, nutrition, and as an owner to 5 rescue animals, behavior. Above all else, Dr. Emily is thankful to have the opportunity to help owners and their pets have long, happy, healthy lives together.
Dr. Emily grew up in Kirkwood and currently lives in Dogtown with her four dogs (she acknowledges that she’s completely crazy) named Izzy, Chewy, Olivia and Hank, and her cat, Tory, who are all spoiled rescues (and also her husband, Ryan). Her favorite things outside of veterinary medicine are traveling, spending time with friends, eating good food (please send her all of your restaurant suggestions and she’ll gladly share hers), and maybe most importantly, Trader Joe’s.
