  • Request prescription food, supplies or a refill of your pet(s) medications to be picked up at Clark Animal Hospital.
  • For all requests, your pet must have had an examination within the last year.
  • If you need a prescription refill from a pharmacy, please contact the pharmacy which will contact us for authorization.

HOURS: Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 7pm | Friday: 7:30am - 5pm | Saturday: 8:30am - 1pm
